Copper-Nickel Mineral Insulated Cable Plant Use Heat Tracing, is a kind of mineral insulated cable with copper-nickel sheath .
It is widely used in the heat tracing application at plants where
heat compensation or process heating are required.
Due to the relevant national and international regulations on fire
protection lines: flame retardant and fire-resistant organic
material insulated cables must be laid with protective measures of
metal pipe or closed bridge, while mineral insulated cables can be
laid directly, so it can be considered less drop capacity
coefficient than the organic insulated cables, therefore reduced
the section requirements.
For lines of more than 16mm2, at least one section can be reduced,
and for places where human contact is not allowed, at least two
sections can be reduced.

Mineral insulated cable is a kind of cable which USES annealed
copper as conductor, dense magnesium oxide as insulation and
annealed copper pipe as sheath. If necessary, it can be squeezed with a layer of plastic outer
sheath around the annealed copper sheath. For specially required
occasions, a layer of low-smoke halogen free sheath can be applied.
